@spazedupmoments Plug your device into the computer, open iTunes, and on the left side of iTunes, right-click your device and select transfer purchases. That should transfer over your apps.

i did all the things you said and all my songs are now in itunes but when i tryed to sync my ipod only a few songs ended up on my ipod and ach song has an exclmation mark next to it saying that the song could not be used because the original version coud not be found??

@bluecoastdreams If you need to connect your iPhone to the stereo via cable, try a different cable. If that doesn’t work, try to restorenit it in iTunes, resync it, ad then try again.
@iPT2gGeec I don’t think it’s my stereo. It’s brand new and worked perfectly before I transferred the music onto my computer using the program you recommended. The music used to start automatically but now the stereo reads “IPD READ”. I can’t figure it out. I can play the music on itunes, I can play the music on my phone and I can play it on my docking station/clock radio. Arghhhh
@iPT2gGeec Nope. This is a brand new stereo with inter ipod and iphone controls that communicates directly with the program. It played perfectly until I transferred the music using the program recommended. Any ideas?

@bluecoastdreams If it’s playing fine through your iPhone, then it’s probably the stereo that’s causing you the problems. If you can, try playing the music through a different stereo and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, the problem is with the car stereo.
how do you fix all the weird names?!!?!
heyy when i opened Disc Aid it only had one icon on my computer and it doesnt have the drop down menu to select media folder so im all messed up…any help? thanks
I used this program and was able to transfer all my 700+ songs to my new computer. I was so excited. Once I dragged my old music into iTunes as instructed I was able to load my old music along with some new music onto my phone again by linking to iTunes. Everything looked great….until I tried to play my IPhone music in my car stereo…nothing happened. It just says “read”. I can listed to my music on my IPhone but not on my stereo. What did I do wrong?????????????
